Itconic and Cloudmas Customer Resource Center

Welcome to the Equinix Resource Center

In October 2017 Equinix, Inc.® acquired Itconic and Cloudmas. Since this time, we have been working to integrate the Itconic and Cloudmas systems onto our global interconnection platform, Equinix Customer One™ (ECO).

As we approach the final stages of consolidating and integrating our systems, customers will receive a series of email communications from Equinix. These emails will outline the changes our customers will see once the integration is complete.

The objective of this Resource Center is to provide additional information about these changes. Each time we send an email notification, we will add more detailed information to the Resource Center.

Customers can expect the following topics to be covered:

  • Order Processing document changes
  • Invoice Information changes
  • Customer Care changes
  • Operational changes
